Baseball Recap: Atascadero Takes a Loss

Atascadero was the 5-4 winner over Paso Robles when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Greyhounds took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bearcats on Tuesday.

Atascadero saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Uly Kaul, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Atascadero now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Paso Robles, they pushed their record up to 12-11 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bearcats beat Atascadero by a score of 9-4 on Thursday.
