Football Recap: Texas Empowerment Academy Falls to Compass Rose Legacy in First Game of Season

Texas Empowerment Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 15-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Compass Rose Legacy Polar Bears on Friday.

The win got Compass Rose Legacy back to even at 1-1.

Texas Empowerment Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on CenTex HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on the 18th. As for Compass Rose Legacy, they will take on Valor North Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
