Volleyball Recap: Prescott Badgers vs. Flagstaff Eagles

After flying high against Lee Williams last Monday, Prescott came back down to earth. The Prescott Badgers came up short against the Flagstaff Eagles on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Badgers haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-17.

Flagstaff found their leader in underclassman Brynn Hagerman, who had six digs and two aces. Hagerman is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in the last four games she's played dating back to last season.

Prescott's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6. As for Flagstaff, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

Prescott has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Mingus on the 3rd. As for Flagstaff, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Willow Canyon on the 4th.
