Mariemont came out on top against Finneytown on Thursday thanks in part to Peyton Quiambo's efforts. Quiambo scored two runs while going 2-for-2, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in doubles.

Coming up, Quiambo and Mariemont will head out to challenge Taylor at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Quiambo had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in April 15-0. If she drops another game like that, the outcome could be different this time around.
