Volleyball Recap: Columbia Raiders vs. Oberlin The Phoenix         
        
		
             Columbia won the last time they faced Oberlin, and things went their way  on Thursday too. The Columbia Raiders blew past the Oberlin The Phoenix  3-0. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Raiders.
 Columbia never let Oberlin on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 27-25,  25-5.
 Columbia  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 16  aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Oberlin only served four.
 Despite the  loss, Oberlin had strong showings from  Lucinda Ulichney, who  had seven  digs and 17  assists, and  Joanna Tatum, who  had 15  digs and four  kills.
 Columbia's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Oberlin, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  on the road.
 Columbia will square off against Clearview at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Columbia is facing Clearview at the right time seeing as Clearview is stuck on  a  nine-game losing streak. As for Oberlin, they will face off against Richmond Heights at 9:00  a.m.  on Saturday.
