Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Des Moines Christian). They breezed by the Pleasantville Trojans to the tune of 71-23 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their 13th in a row.

Des Moines Christian's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Pleasantville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Des Moines Christian will face off against Interstate 35 at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Des Moines Christian is facing Interstate 35 at the right time seeing as Interstate 35 is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Pleasantville, they will challenge Van Meter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
