Volleyball Recap: West Stokes Takes a Loss

West Stokes came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the North Surry Greyhounds, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Greyhounds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

West Stokes has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season. As for North Surry, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-6.

West Stokes has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Forbush on the 9th. As for North Surry, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Surry Central on the 9th.
