Soccer Recap: Bishop Fenwick Takes a Loss

Bishop Fenwick managed to slip by Badin the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons lost 5-0 to the Rams on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Bishop Fenwick can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 347th, while Badin are ranked 62nd).

Bishop Fenwick has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Badin, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-1-1 and their overall record up to 8-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bishop Fenwick will challenge Newport Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Badin, they will face off against Landmark Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
