Soccer Recap: David Thibodaux Takes a Loss

David Thibodaux lost against Ascension Episcopal back in December of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The David Thibodaux Bulldogs came up short against Ascension Episcopal, falling 3-0. The shutout was out of character for the Bulldogs seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in November of 2024.

David Thibodaux's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Ascension Episcopal, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3-2.

David Thibodaux will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Barbe at 7:15 p.m. on January 27th. As for Ascension Episcopal, they will challenge Episcopal of Acadiana at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
