Basketball Recap: Castle Park Piles Up the Points Against Bayfront Charter

Castle Park's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They breezed by the Bayfront Charter Sharks to the tune of 55-23. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Trojans considering their 21-point performance the matchup before.

Castle Park moved to 6-11 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Bayfront Charter, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season.

Castle Park won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Monarch at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Monarch has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 0-3 during that stretch of close contests. As for Bayfront Charter, they will take on Rock Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bayfront Charter is facing Rock Academy at the right time seeing as Rock Academy is stuck on a 14-game losing streak.
