Baseball Recap: St. Cloud Cathedral Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

After only two runs in their last match, St. Cloud Cathedral made sure to put some runs up on the board against Albany on Friday. The Crusaders came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 10-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-0 back in April.

St. Cloud Cathedral has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Albany, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

St. Cloud Cathedral wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-3 loss against New Ulm on the 2nd. As for Albany, they will challenge Pierz at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pioneers' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Huskies' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
