It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Madison Memorial had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Badger Badgers with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Spartans sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-9, 25-11.

Madison Memorial can attribute much of their success to Kayla Shelton, who had 13 digs and three assists.

Madison Memorial's win bumped their record up to 23-14. As for Badger, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-19.

Madison Memorial didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Burlington on the 25th. Badger does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
