Volleyball Recap: Ingalls Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Victory

Ingalls had already won four in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Kiowa County Mavericks by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Ingalls easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-21.

Olivia Stein paced Ingalls' offense, picking up 16 kills. Stein got some help from Jill Shmeeckle and her 15 assists. Stein and Shmeeckle didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.

Ingalls' victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Kiowa County, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Ingalls wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Macksville on the 2nd. As for Kiowa County, they will face off against Pawnee Heights on Tuesday.
