Soccer Recap: Alleghany Takes a Loss

Alleghany lost against North Stokes back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Vikings. That's two games in a row now that Alleghany have lost by exactly two goals.

Alleghany has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9-1 record this season. As for North Stokes, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2-3.

Alleghany wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Elkin on the 16th. As for North Stokes, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Mount Airy on the 17th.
