Crestview has gone 8-2 against Jefferson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Crestview Knights will take on the Jefferson Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Crestview has ten straight victories, Jefferson has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Crestview is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Fort Recovery: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Crestview blew Fort Recovery out of the water with a 67-37 final score. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Jefferson faced off against Paulding on Saturday. Jefferson was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 54-53 to Paulding. While the Wildcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Panthers 16-8 in the first quarter.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Crestview, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Crestview strolled past Jefferson in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 52-37. The rematch might be a little tougher for Crestview since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
