Soccer Recap: Northeast Comes Up Short

The Northeast Raiders lost 4-1 to the Jefferson County Warriors on Tuesday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Furaha Safi, who's now up to six this season.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Jefferson County, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

When Northeast and Jefferson County next hit the pitch, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Northeast will try to stop East Laurens' three-game winning streak when they meet at 5:00 p.m. on March 20th. Meanwhile, Jefferson County will face off against Bleckley County and their five-game winning streak at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
