Fort Wayne Northrop can bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They never let the Fort Wayne North Side Legends get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bruins considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Liam Quinn was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Those two hits gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, Carter Arndell was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last 11 games.

Fort Wayne Northrop hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fort Wayne North Side struck out 13 times.
