Basketball Recap: Rogers Falls Short of Lauderdale County in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Rogers can now relate to. They were beaten by the Lauderdale County Tigers 65-30 on Saturday. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Lauderdale County, the win was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 25-1.

Rogers does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lauderdale County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 63-30 victory against Colbert County on the 4th.
