Football Recap: Toms River North Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Toms River North had no problem doing just that on Friday. They came out on top against the Cherry Hill East Cougars by a score of 22-14.

Toms River North has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. Having lost for the first time this season, Cherry Hill East fell to 9-1.

Looking ahead, Toms River North will head out to challenge Atlantic City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Vikings' defense has only allowed 13.1 points per game this season, so the Mariners' offense will have their work cut out for them. Cherry Hill East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
