Apex Friendship waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Green Hope Falcons a 4-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Green Hope's batters probably weren't too happy with Luke Hemric, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 18 Ks (he gave up a single walk). Hemric also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Apex Friendship is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-4 otherwise.
