Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kenzie Orozco and Tenley Sandall Lead Williams to Victory + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ash Fork, Williams was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Music Mountain Warriors. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Williams was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-8, 25-12.

Leading Williams to victory were Tenley Sandall and Kenzie Orozco. Sandall had eight aces and four digs, while Orozco had 12 digs. Orozco has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Williams was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Williams is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Music Mountain, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 3-11.

Coming up, Williams will take on Seligman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Music Mountain, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Mogollon on the 3rd.
