Volleyball Game Preview: Squalicum Storm vs. Lakewood Cougars + How To Watch

The Squalicum Storm will challenge the Lakewood Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Squalicum and Bellingham meet (five straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Storm fell 3-1 to the Bayhawks.

Meanwhile, Lakewood came into Wednesday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against Oak Harbor on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Cougars not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since November 4, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Squalicum's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Lakewood, their victory bumped their record up to 2-9.
