Basketball Game Preview: Hanford Falcons vs. Richland Bombers

Hanford hasn't had much luck against Richland recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Hanford Falcons will venture away from home to face off against the Richland Bombers at 5:45 p.m. Hanford has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

On Tuesday, Hanford was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 42-41 to Pasco.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 66 points the game before, Richland was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They were dealt a 74-23 loss at the hands of Chiawana. The Bombers have struggled against the Riverhawks recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Richland's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-11. As for Hanford, their loss dropped their record down to 1-16.

Hanford suffered a grim 58-38 defeat to Richland in their previous matchup back in January. Can Hanford avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
