After having lost a blowout in their previous game, Hickman County was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Harpeth Indians a 3-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Indians on Wednesday, they had to take a 7-0 defeat.

Hickman County's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Harpeth, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hickman County will challenge Hampshire at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Harpeth, they will welcome Forrest at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
