Basketball Recap: South Pointe's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

South Pointe was the 50-40 winner over A.C. Flora when they last played one another on January 3rd, but their luck changed this time around. The South Pointe Stallions took a 55-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the A.C. Flora Falcons.

Despite the loss, South Pointe still got an impressive performance from Ry'Darius Hill, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Hill is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last nine games he's played. Treven Raymon was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.

Even though they lost, South Pointe smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 18 consecutive matchups.
