Softball Recap: West Hills Takes a Loss

West Hills has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.45 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Saturday. They lost 10-2 to the Poway Titans. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolf Pack have suffered since May 14, 2024.

West Hills saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kristina Deal, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

West Hills' loss dropped their record down to 7-3-1. As for Poway, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

West Hills wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-3 win against Helix on the 31st. As for Poway, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 7-2 victory against Agoura on the 3rd.
