Volleyball Recap: Blackduck Takes a Loss

Blackduck lost against Sacred Heart two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Drakes fell 2-0 to the Eagles. The Drakes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sacred Heart was led to victory by Izzy Cwikla and Claire Adolphson. Cwikla had nine digs and two assists, while Adolphson had five digs.

Blackduck's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Sacred Heart, the victory (which was their 20th in a row) raised their record to 22-1.

Blackduck didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Grygla-Gatzke on the 27th. As for Sacred Heart, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Mahnomen/Waubun on the 27th.
