Basketball Game Preview: Union County Patriots vs. Northeastern Knights

Having just played yesterday, the Union County Patriots will jump right back in to play the Northeastern Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Union County comes in on four and Northeastern on eight.

Union County is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They secured a 51-46 W over Winchester Community.

Meanwhile, Northeastern blew past Centerville, posting a 61-30 victory. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 20 points or more this season.

Union County's record is now 16-7. As for Northeastern, their record is now 23-1.

Union County came up short against Northeastern when the teams last played back in January, falling 31-19. Can Union County avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
