You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Blue Ridge's strategy against Howe on Thursday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Tigers blew the Bulldogs out of the water with a 49-6 final score. The matchup marked the Tigers' most dominant win of the season.

Blue Ridge's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Liam Finan, who threw for 249 yards and five TDs while picking up 12.5 yards per attempt. Those five passing touchdowns gave Finan a new career-high. Jacob Walker handled things on the ground, rushing for 125 yards and a rushing touchdown.

The victory made it two in a row for Blue Ridge and bumps their season record up to 5-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 48.0 points over those games. As for Howe, they dropped their record down to 2-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
