Volleyball Game Preview: Peck Pirates vs. Deckerville Eagles

After both having extra time off, the Peck Pirates and the Deckerville Eagles will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Peck and Dryden, and Peck kept the tradition alive. The Pirates blew past the Cardinals 3-0 on Tuesday. The Pirates not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 22, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, Deckerville got the win against Mayville on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Peck's record is now 4-19. As for Deckerville, their record now sits at 14-10-2.

Peck suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Deckerville in their previous meeting back in October. Can the Pirates avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
