Basketball Recap: Inglemoor Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

A well-balanced attack led Inglemoor over Sammamish in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. The Inglemoor Vikings put the hurt on the Sammamish RedHawks with a sharp 53-28 victory. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Vikings had established a 22 point advantage.

Sammamish's loss came despite strong showings from Charlotte Lewis and Sophia Eastman. Lewis posted 12 points, while Eastman scored seven points and five boards. Lewis continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

The win was the third in a row for Inglemoor, bringing their record for this year to 13-8. As for Sammamish, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
