            Soccer Recap: Walsh Jesuit vs. Hoover        
        
		
        
        
            Walsh Jesuit was the  4-1 winner over Hoover when they last played one another  back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Vikings by a score of  2-1 on Saturday. One reason for the loss might be Walsh Jesuit's aggressive play style: three Walsh Jesuit players were handed yellow cards.
Their goal came courtesy  of  Stevie Prout, which was the first he's scored this season.
Walsh Jesuit's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-2. As for Hoover, they now also have a winning record of 3-2-2.
 When Walsh Jesuit and Hoover next hit the pitch, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Warriors will  face off against  St. Francis DeSales and their three-game winning streak  at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. Meanwhile, Hoover will try to stop GlenOak's four-game winning streak when they meet  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
