Football Recap: Creed Gaiters II's Menacing Defense Leads Worthington Kilbourne over Westerville North

Worthington Kilbourne lost to Westerville North back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Wolves took down the Warriors 34-17. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Jackson Szabo had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 88 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 173 yards and one TD while completing 75% of his passes. What's more, he racked up 144.4 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024. Worthington Kilbourne also got a significant boost from Luke Page, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 102 yards.

Worthington Kilbourne didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Creed Gaiters II.

Worthington Kilbourne's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Westerville North, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
