Volleyball Recap: Troy-Buchanan Comes Up Short

Troy-Buchanan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Howell North Knights. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Knights when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-11.

Troy-Buchanan's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Howell North, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-4.

Coming up, Troy-Buchanan will venture away from home to face off against Howell Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Spartans will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight. As for Howell North, they will challenge Lutheran at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight.
