Softball Recap: Pine View Comes Up Short

After soaring to 15 runs the game before, Pine View was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 25-1 to the Desert Hills Thunder. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Pine View saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nely Brinagh, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That double was Brinagh's first of the season.

Pine View now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Desert Hills, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Pine View wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 19-1 defeat against Union on the 12th. As for Desert Hills, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 14-0 win against Pine View on the 13th.
