Volleyball Recap: Minneola Takes a Loss

Minneola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Moscow. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Moscow this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss on October 4th.

Minneola was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22.

Minneola's defeat dropped their record down to 7-25. As for Moscow, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-14.

Coincidentally, Minneola and Moscow will both be playing Bucklin the next time they take the court. Minneola will head out to face Bucklin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Moscow will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
