Hemlock has been away from home for two games now, but on Friday they'll finally make their return. They will welcome the Ithaca Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m.
Last Friday, Hemlock was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 19-14 to Valley Lutheran.
Meanwhile, Ithaca put another one in the bag last Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Carrollton/Saginaw on the road to the tune of 42-0. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won three games by 21 points or more so far this season.
Ithaca had a senior duo take command as Nathan Mikesell rushed for 108 yards and two touchdowns and Jackson Conn threw for 114 yards and two touchdowns on only seven passes. Conn also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making three total tackles.
Hemlock's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Ithaca, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
