Panguitch typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Pine View proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bobcats, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Panthers have posted since October 12, 2024.

Pine View was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-15, 22-25, 25-12, 15-7.

Despite the loss, Panguitch still got an impressive performance from Brooklyn Harland, who had 22 digs.

Pine View's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Panguitch, their loss ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pine View will face off against Desert Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Panguitch, they will square off against Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
