Columbus North's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Franklin Central Flashes. The Bull Dogs haven't had any issues with the Flashes recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Franko Ortega looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Brock Kintner, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jesse Clark, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI.
