You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Mountain View on Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Meridian Warriors out of the water with a 65-33 final score. The Mavericks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 31 points or more this season.

Mountain View's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Addie Lee, who posted 18 points and five rebounds. Lee is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Devry Huff, who shot 67% from the field en route to 15 points and six boards.

Mountain View was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Meridian only posted six.

Meridian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kiet Martinez, who earned 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of MK Puello, who put up eight points and nine rebounds.

Mountain View pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points on average over those games.
