On Tuesday, Wayzata faced Hopkins in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Wayzata Trojans secured a 76-72 W over the Hopkins Royals. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Wayzata's win bumped their record up to 25-4. As for Hopkins, their loss ended a 17-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 26-2.

As of now, neither Wayzata nor Hopkins have any future games scheduled.
