Football Recap: Hearts Academy Comes Up Short

Hearts Academy fell victim to Lafayette Christian and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Cougars, falling 60-0. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Hearts Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lafayette Christian, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Hearts Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Young Americans Christian at 7:30 p.m. on October 10. As for Lafayette Christian, they will welcome Harvester Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
