Burns came up big in Tri-County's 9-3 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Tyler Burns stepped things up a notch to give Tri-County the 'W'. Burns was dynamite, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
Burns' strong effort led Tri-County over DeMotte Christian and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Tri-County is 6-0 against DeMotte Christian going back to May of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
