Basketball Game Preview: Beulah Goldiggers vs. Rugby Panthers

The Beulah Goldiggers and the Rugby Panthers will round out the year against one another at at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Last Friday, Beulah got the win against Turtle Mountain by a conclusive 62-38.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Saturday Rugby sidestepped Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon for a 55-52 victory.

Rugby now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Beulah, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Beulah was able to grind out a solid victory over Rugby in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 62-49. Will Beulah repeat their success, or does Rugby have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
