Volleyball Recap: Whittier Extends Winning Streak to Three

Whittier entered their tilt with Pioneer on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Titans 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cardinals also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

While Whittier won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-17, 25-23.

Whittier's victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Whittier wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Mayfair on the 16th. As for Pioneer, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Baldwin Park on the 15th.
