Basketball Recap: Calvin Comes Up Short

Calvin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Tupelo Tigers 48-18. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly 30 points.

Calvin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Tupelo, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-7.

Calvin and Bowlegs will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Tupelo has already played their next contest (against Asher), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
