Basketball Recap: Amador Takes a Loss

Amador was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 66-41 to the Del Campo Cougars. The game marked the Buffaloes' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

It was another big night for Cole Dugan, who went 6 of 9 from beyond the arc on his way to 32 points for Del Campo. The dominant performance gave Dugan a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Sanfilippo, who posted 13 points.

Amador's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Del Campo, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Amador didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 83-32 loss against Del Oro on the 28th. As for Del Campo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 53-37 defeat against Foothill on the 28th.
