Volleyball Recap: Pine Eagle Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Wallowa last Saturday, Pine Eagle came back down to earth. The Spartans came up short against the Joseph Eagles on Friday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Pine Eagle has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Joseph, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

Pine Eagle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Powder Valley on the 17th. Hopefully Joseph paid attention to the Spartans' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
