Basketball Recap: Oshkosh West Comes Up Short

Oshkosh West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Appleton East Patriots, falling 64-34. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.

Oshkosh West's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Appleton East, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Oshkosh West is set to challenge their familiar foe Fond du Lac at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Appleton East will face off against rival Kaukauna at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
