Volleyball Recap: Holy Names Academy Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Holy Names Academy can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Seattle Prep Panthers on Tuesday. Holy Names Academy hasn't had much luck with Seattle Prep recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Holy Names Academy now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Seattle Prep, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Holy Names Academy is set to challenge their familiar foe West Seattle at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Seattle Prep will square off against rival Bishop Blanchet at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday.
